Jose, Yuri and Rodrigo were very professional in their work while loading and unloading the truck. They worked consistently without complaining about any requests made of them and worked fast the whole time. There was some difficult stairs (5 levels) to maneuver and they were smart about figuring out how to move furniture up the narrow stairs. We would use this company again. Movers USA saved my day! The original company that I booked with didn’t show up, after calling them many times, finally I got someone on the phone to tell me that they have problems with the truck, then when I called again someone else told me that I’m not booked for that day. I immediately looked for alternatives, as it was getting too late. I called Movers USA (praying they will be able to help), I got a wonderful gentlemen on the phone, he immediately calm me down and told me he will do everything he can to make my day ends the opposite it started. I was very worried as I knew it is not simple to pull something like that within a few hours – But Movers USA did! Along the process they were very honest and professional and I felt I’m in good hands! Movers USA’s team arrived in the early afternoon and even though it was their 2nd job for the day, they were so fresh, smiling and quick as if they just woke up!!! I was worried that my move will be dragged to the next day due to the late start but NO – they worked very quickly in order to avoid that! They were so great; I cannot even express in words. A horrific start to the day that ended in a perfect day!!! I was in a real catastrophe and Movers USA fixed everything with a smile I will never forget.
