I met Nikki 10 yeras ago when I decided to place a child, in the end I choose to parent that baby. 5 years later I needed to call her again to place my second child. I had a few horror stories with other agencies and families, but Nikki comforted me and found me the most perfect, dream family. They were every single thing that I wanted and more, in a family for my child, it was amazing, since I was quite picky. I still keep in touch with Nikki and value her highly as a dear friend. I have used this adoption agency. I had a baby young and found Nikki and Michael Biers. They are the sweetest people you will ever meet. I still keep in touch with them and that has been for 12 years. If something is wrong they will do what they can to help solve the problem. Sometimes famlies do not follow the agreement they promised to follow, but that is rare to happen. It just happened to me, but she did what she could to make it better. She will come out to meet the person who wants to give their baby up for adoption and be there for you through the whole process.
