Great place 4/20/2006

I once had to leave my dogs for a couple of days and these people were just great! I will never have to go anywhere else if I ever want to leave my pet anywhere again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took very good care of my dog like not even we would have taken care of. They had my dog all groomed, fed and ready when I came for the pickup. I had one very happy dog that day! more

Great Place for Dogs! 4/7/2006

Several years ago we were disappointed with a boarding facility, so my son (then about 6 years old) and I visited a number of facilities in Northern Virginia to find a new place. This was by far the best in our desired location-and met my son's approval (he was very worried about where his beloved dog would stay while we are away.) We really like this facility! more

Top Notch Pet Care 5/16/2005

It was an emergency! I needed a place to board my dog for the afternoon as the maintenance men were coming. And boy does Scout HATE maintenance men. So I did a search on the Internet and found this pet hotel. I called them up and they were more than accommodating. They had space and were very friendly on the phone. When I dropped my dog off the next morning, I noticed the place was spotless and the dogs and staff seemed cheerful. I also noticed that Best Friends is much more than a boarding facility. They had a vet and groomer on staff. So I thought, what the heck, let's get Scout groomed. Hours later I picked up a happy, beautifully groomed border collie. This place is wonderful.
