Terrible 8/24/2011

I was severely disappointed with this grooming service. The customer service was very good and i'm sure my dog had fun. The groomer didn't listen to what I asked her to do at all. I'd be okay with a style that I didn't like but the woman just cut all of the hair off of my dog and called it a day! There was no grooming!! I showed her a picture of his last cut and said that it took a long time for his coat to grow out and that I wanted to keep it long.... OMG 3 years of growth wasted! I know it's popular to cut all of the hair off Maltese dogs but that isn't what I wanted at all and I was really specific. I can't believe I paid them money to cut all of the hair off of my dog. more

Nice Groom Shop 11/29/2005

Best Friends Grooming Boutique is a nice little shop with a friendly groomer. She is good with the animals and to the owners. She is the only one that is really there and sometimes the owner will pop in but normally it is just her. She does nice grooms and just about any type of service wanted for your pet. They have a selection of toys, food, treats, and more for your dogs and cats. It is a nice shop and the prices aren't that bad but it can get a little more expensive than some of the animal shops but I think it is worth it, because of the good service. more

Great pet services! 11/8/2005

Does your furry loved one enjoy a day at the spa just like his/her owner? Well if this is so I bet they would love a day at Best Friends Boutique where it truly is all about the pet. If you just want to stop in with your pet for some food and toys its a great stop where you dont have a bundle of people around that might frighten your pet but rather its more quite and a more laid back atmosphere. And if your pet is looking for a bath and a little trim up they wont leave unsatisfied they are in the best hands with Sue and Kim! Sue and Kim are more then helpful and feel as though the pets are like the kids to the owner(s) and know that individual attention is a must and are more then happy to guarantee and grant that wish. Do you and your pets a favor and stop by and see the shop and look around and see if it appeals to you and as soon as you meet the groomers you will be won over guaranteed! Great Groomers 11/7/2005

Sue has been grooming my dogs for years (we were previously with her at another location). She is an absolute animal lover who builds a great relationship with our dogs. The shop is a little out of the way and is need of repair but the service you will receive absolutely makes up for that. more

They are the cheapest groomers I have ever found and whats better is they do a great job. I can get my dog in in very short notice and they have him done right when I ask them to. They are so nice and if you ever met my mean dog you'd know they can handle even the worst. more

This place does a great job 97 poercent of the time. we do check her before we leave because we did have a problem with niks once but usually they do a great job! more
