Best Electronics In Home Repair

This repair company is really the Best! They even have repair women. I women named Keyatta came to fix my washing machine. My initail problem was that my washing machine would not drain. She flipped that baby over with no help and got all the water out my machine. Little did I know there was something stuck in my pump which caused it to not drain. Luckily I didnt need a new part. Keyatta cleaned my pump out and educated me how to maintain and upkeep my washing machine. She had a pleasant smile and attitude. more

worst service provider. Did not show up. Lied to the warranty company trying to give me service, saying they had rescheduled. Have 'repaired' dishwasher once and it is broken with same problem less than 6 weeks later. 2nd time they have not showed up. more

A more accurate title for this company would be Worst Electronics. I'm working on week 3 of a non-functioning washing machine. When I call them they do not know who I am, and when they say they'll call me back, no surprise, they don't! I'd pick another service company, but Brandsmart won't let me because the part is already on order. I'm frustrated to say the least. I highly recommend you choosing a different service provider then Best Electronics, their business title is deceiving! If you purchase a warranty and need your product serviced, tell them anyone besides this company! I've never had to give a poor review before! I will definitely take the time from now on to give good reviews, because good service is becoming a rarity these days. Good luck! more

I scheduled service with Best Electonics through an online repair scheduling company. I gave detailed information regarding my washing machine to be repaired. When the repairman called to say he was on the way, he knew nothing about my problem so of course he had no parts on his truck for my machine. He said my pump was broken - which I already knew. He also said my machine was a double pump machine. He wrote up my estimate and charged me $60. He was on the phone much of his time at my house so I felt he didn't really know what he was doing. After he left I felt uneasy about having him come back for the repairs. I contacted LG. They verified that my machine was a one-pump model. I verified part numbers (same as his - I also wanted the door boot replaced) and I called the distributor recommended by LG. The prices they quoted me were 1/3 of the part prices that the repairman quoted. I called the company to complain. They were rude and would never admit that they could have possibly made a mistake. Obviously I ended up calling another repairman who knew exactly what he was doing and charged me a fair price. more

A friend of mine at work referred BEST Electronics to work on my refridgerator that hasnt been working properly for some time now. And I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were a little late getting to my home, but it was so worth it in the end. My refridgerator was up and running before I knew it. I will now pass along their services to my fanily and friends. These guys came to my house to handle a warranty claim through Brandsmart. Took them over two weeks to file the correct paperwork to get repairs started on my machine. When they finally got the parts, the didn't come out to the repair for a week after that. Then they arrived late, in the late evening trying to fix my machine. They failed at fixing my machine, and kept all the parts for themselves. Later, they fabricated a story to the warranty company about why the repairs wouldn't work. After the warranty company told me what these guys said, they denied making any such statements, even though they made the statements in writing and during a recorded conversation. I could never get them on the phone, but kept getting voicemail. They are liars and cheats. DON'T TRUST THEM. If I had a choice, i wouldn't have used them from the begining, but my warranty company didn't give me an choice. more

I was introduced to this company by a coworker. Normally when people talk about great company service, they are not consistent with that greatness. \r \r I found this not to be true with Best Electronics. I just wanted to share a little bit about my experience with this company. I called them last thursday to come to my house and take a look at my dishwasher (thats been giving me problems for weeks), and what I appreciated was the fact that I didnt have to wait for days to get an appointment with them. They came out the same day. Alonzo and George we're friendly, polite and good at what they do. They fixed my washer within a half hours time. I will definetly use them again should I need any other repairs. The service was worth the cost and I will recommend them to my family and friends! KUDOS BEST ELECTRONICS!!!! more

If I could rate this company -5 stars, I would. Mr. Taylor is extremely unprofessional and should not interact with customers. They do not answer or return phone calls, nor show up when promised !! Use Best if you want the WORST !!! more

I would highly recommend them to any friend or family memeber of mine. The work done by Mr. Taylor was exceptional and it didn't take too much time for him to do it. And the price was well worth it!! more
