Great Service Again from David @ Best Door Service! I have used this company for years and always find their prices reasonable & the service is excellent. I have referred them many times & everyone says they are great. Keep up the good work. more

DOES NOT RECOMMEND!! Cracked the ceiling in my garage completely down the middle and would not offer to repair it. They said they would come out and look at it the Friday after it was installed (Tuesday), but never showed up and never called. Then when called back to find out why they didn't show up, lied about saying they were coming out. Charged me almost $500 and said it wasn't their responsibility. They didn't tell me this could happen until after the damage was done and when I asked why they didn't tell me this could happen, I was told ""if we tell our customers everything that could happen with such installations, we would never have any business."" Can you believe that?! Prices were too high. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Review the feedback on this page, they have bad reviews. Wish I would have looked at these reviews. I NEVER would have used them. So BEWARE, please don't use them! more

I have used Best Door for years and have always found them to be fast and reliable. The same guy always comes and he remembers what he did before. They can usually come on the same day and have always been able to fix the problem. I think the prices are fair. more

A rip off,find another company,over and outrageous charges,don't believe on discount among seniors. Don't even bother to call them! more

I have been using this company for years! They have always been punctual, polite, and reasonably priced. The technicians always are patient with my many questions & take time to show me how to maintain my garage door & gate opener. I will & have recommended this company many times! more

Dont call them call someone else. They are not honest about charges and there prices are outrageous. I called them to come and fix my garage door. I was told a service call was $20.00. After looking at my door they wanted to charge in excess of $350.00 to replace the spring. When I turned that down they said I had to pay a $45.00 service fee, not the $20 they quoted. I ended up getting my door fixed by another company for $175.00. more
