Poor customer service 7/11/2014

I've been a repeat customer in the past due to convenience of location. They have sent coupons in mail such as $1.00 off shirts/blouses. Tried to use coupon and the employee stated no way to honor as must be submitted with clothing prior to payment. Asked for one time override as no one asked for coupon during drop off, and employee responded with immaturity and attitude. He turned his back and was making faces at another employee. Not too impressed! I will pay the $1.00 but would appreciate the company honoring the coupon if they are going to send it to me. more

Disappointed with service 8/18/2005

I used this cleaner to clean and preserve my wedding dress as I had heard they were good, but was extremely disappointed with the results. The process of cleaning and archiving a gown is laborious and must be undertaken by a qualified individual. The manager in charge of such a job was away/on vacation when I dropped off my gown and there were numerous delays in completion of the job. The employees working there when I inquired knew often nothing of my dress or when it would be ready. In the end, they did complete it, but it took several in-person visits to get the job done the right way. I've had no other experience with other items/services, but this one makes it likely I won't return for big jobs. more
