I don't like moving, the idea of packing all of your belongings and entrusting a stranger to safely and properly transport it to its destination doesn't put me in a happy place. So when it came for me to have to move I was in a state of panic for I didn't know to whom to turn to move my precious belongings. You see I am a fashion designer and I was in need of a moving company to move not only myself and furnitures, but also all of my work from Granada Hills to New York. I had called survival companies to get a comparison on which company to use for my move. I had a bad experience with movers and this time I want to make sure chose correctly. With each phone call I made, the more my fear grew of having to move. After a few discouraging phone calls, I can across this young lady by the name of Ivy who works for the company Best choice delivery moving and storage. As we were talking about my moving senerio, I started to feel more and more ensured that she was the best candidate to hired for my moving needs. She was extremely professional about her job. She explain to me exactly how the transition will be step by step and pointing out all of the necessary detail to truly put myself in a calming state of mind. When it came to the day of the move, Ivy did such a good job informing me on the move, that I felt comfortable and relax throughout the whole process. The movers that showed up were really professional and kind during the move. They were delicate when they were handling my belongings and were careful while they we packing it. They did such a good job making the move easly for me, and I was really happy with their approach and their delivery. What I was really impressed with how Ivy kept calling me during the process to make sure that everything was going well and that I was at eased with the move, blessed her heart she was so kind. I would recommend Best choice delivery moving and storage for all your moving needs. I moved with best choice delivery movers about a month ago and I was shocked about how quickly the men moved! I used to live in a 3 bed room apartment and it was on the third floor with no elevator and these men did not miss a beat. They were courteous from the moment that they arrived at the front door. I was so stressed and nervous about my move I was a wreck for months. The actual day went better than I ever could have hoped for and it was all because of\r best choice delivery moving. I actually spoke with four different moving companies but ultimately went with best choice movers because of the customer service. I got three over the phone estimates.the sales rep Sam came to my apartment, noted what I had, and sat down and spoke to me about my move. I later got an estimate emailed to me - which was only slightly lower than what I ended up paying because there was traffic on the actual moving day.\r \r I had four guys come, all shook my hand and introduced themselves and were polite and professional. I had packed my clothes and misc. belongings but I couldn't believe how FAST they worked! Before I knew it, all my boxes were out and they were flying, wrapping and securing all my furniture. I had them pack my glassware and I have to say that NOTHING arrived broken or damaged. \r \r I was worried about the move-in as I was moving to an older building with only one small elevator. They worked quickly and efficiently and even got my couch to fit in the elevator. I still don't know how that was even possible and had been a concern of mine. They set up all my furniture, broke down and cleared out all the packaging and like magic, I was in my new place.\r \r After a long day everything, came together and I settled in and could go to sleep and start the dreaded unpacking the next day. My husband and I recently used best choice movers to handle everything, including the packing. We'd never used a moving company before and were extremely nervous, but mike and the crew did a tremendous job. They came to my 2-bedroom apartment the day before the move and spent five hours packing everything up. They wrapped all of our furniture securely in blankets; covered our paintings, lamps, and glass items in bubble wrap; and boxed everything else up, including our tons and tons of books. juan specialized in packing all of our china and glassware and is clearly extremely experienced. When I unwrapped, I was amazed at what a careful job he had done. He knew exactly which items required only paper and which items required bubble wrap and paper. He had so many techniques for wrapping items of different sizes and shapes, and He strategically placed everything in the boxes to avoid breakage. Not a single item was broken. Mike and the crew were extremely courteous and professional the entire time, and mike, in particular, is funny and warm. On the day of the move, they worked continuously for more than nine hours, up and down a flight of stairs, but they never once appeared impatient or flustered. Their expertise and the all inclusive flat rate made this move stress-free will most definately use again. more

I recently used Best choice moving and storage for a move in Orange County. I've had bad experiences with moving companies in the past and was once again hesitant to hire movers. I spoke with Gregory on the phone and he insured me that their services were top notch. He encouraged me to check them out on BBB and to verify their permits were active and not just take his word for it. I did and they have a great track record. We did a Sunday move and they charged $85/hr for two men, 26' foot truck, blankets, dollies, shrink wrap, and wardrobe boxes. Everything was included and they didn't charge extra to shrink wrap any of our furniture. They showed up about 15 minutes late and I was nervous that this was going to be another bad experience. The two guys immediately got started and took great care with some of our larger, more expensive pieces of furniture. They were extremely professional and even had a good sense of humor. They worked quick, packed everything safely in the truck and moved it to our new place. The total move was five hours. I was pleasantly suprised with the exceptional service from the first phone call to the last box was dropped in our new place. Mr Acosta, first appeared professional and a good company, but this was so far from the truth. To explain as briefly as possible, i was moving from LA to NYC. I had 4 companies come and view my items for a quote- after much thought i decided to go with best choice delivery. WRONG CHOICE. I wanted my items delivered by 2nd july 2011. So i asked greg when he would like to pick up the items to ensure that would happen. I gave him all the time in the world to get organized and delivery my things. He said he would pick them up on 23rd june and be delivered on time within a three day window. I thought no problem. He picked up my things, he seemed to pick up my things fine. As he left he handed me his business card and said if i ever wanted an update to call. A week went by with no news and it was only 3 more days to delivery, so i called him. He let it slip that it hadn more

Great Service at very affordable rates I had a hard time finding someone last minute to move because it's a pretty far move. And also we all know that moving is a very stressful time where some moving companies will constantly takes advantage of you with hidden fees. I really feel like I need to spread the word about Best Choice Delivery (thus a repost from YELP) b/c I cannot imagine a more pleasant/smooth move. Yep, I said it, an easy MOVE. Here goes...I was lucky enough to cross paths with these guys when they were moving my neighbor. It was my lucky day b/c I was moving the very next weekend and was already feeling weary about those other ""hungry"" movers I'd booked ;-) I decided to go with these guys b/c they were working HARD when I saw them. So after a brief chat and quick look at my half packed apartment, Gary offered me a very fair flat-rate (NO hidden fees - that's how other movers will getcha, i.e., furniture wrapping, wardrobe boxes, double drive time, oh my). \r \r On moving day, Oscar and Gary came prepared. This was a professional job - proper equipment, pads to wrap my couch, chairs, etc, at no extra charge. Sure, I was only moving 5 miles, but Ikea furniture doesn't usually move well....and yet, not a single bruise in this move despite some narrow hallways and steep stairwells. They were even smart about how they staged/organized everything so it was easier to unpack. I think we came in at about 3 hours to load, drive, unload, etc. SO WORTH IT.
