Don't be so dense. Bestbuy has zero INTEREST for a year on their store card for purchases over a certain amount. Not zero PAYMENTS. Are you really that dumb? If you want zero payments for a year, go to "Rooms To Go" or "Aarons" and buy old discontinued electronics for full price! You have to read the fine print on the rebates offered, they have to be submitted by a certain date. THE MANUFACTURER offers rebates, not the store. If the store was going save you money, they put items on SALE OR CLEARANCE. I've lived by this Bestbuy store since the mid 90's and I honestly can't find better deals in town, ESPECIALLY on their weekly-ads they post every Sunday. You may be able to buy things for a few dollars less from online stores, but the convenience of having a local store to offer warranty repairs beats buying from abroad. I've never had to worry about buying repackaged electronics from Bestbuy like I do when I go to Fry's. more

BestBuy Are Crooks Two examples: BestBuy makes millions on rebates that people never bother to cash in. Their business plan relies on this anti-consumer strategy. Example 1) I bought an MP3 player that had a mail in rebate. Sent in the multiple forms and got a check in the mail When I went to cash it the account had been closed. BestBuy would not honor the own rebate. Example 2) I bought a Sony DSC-T1 camera. When checking out the cashier offered a no payment same as cash 12 month offer. i though "cool I'll let them carry the note and I'll pay it off in 12 months." In a month a bill came for 12 dollars. I called customer support and got an Indian guy who could barely speak English. He said I had to pay. I told him my agreement said "NO PAYMENTS". He said it did not matter. I refused to pay the 12 dollars. The next month I got another bill for 12 dollars plus a 30 dollar late fee plus an interest accrual. Furious, I called customer support who would not credit anything and could care less if I was a customer. I paid off the account and SWORE I WOULD TELL THIS STORY A MILLION TIMES to my friends coworkers, and I SWEAR my family and their friends will never shop at BESTBUY again. This anti-consumer bait and switch tactic is becoming very common and is also used by BB to increase their profits. BOYCOTT BESTBUY more

Best Buy has some terrific deals when it comes to computers, gaming, etc. We have bought everything for satellite radio to dvds here. I love their warranty. Awhile back we bought a travel dvd system for our car. It was when they were pretty new. Needless to say, we traded in three (not Best Buys fault, manufacturer problems). Finally, we just got a different system (has worked great for two years!). Anyway, they didn't give us any hassle and were really nice about it. I've enjoyed the store itself and the service. more

This company is wonderful if your a customer... their is someone at the door to greet you as you come and go, they have a new "Geek Squad" department to fix computer problems and a very well trained staff to help you with any problems or questions you might have. But i recently applied there and they told me that because i cant work on Sundays that i was not qualified.... i feel this is discrimination, and will no longer shop at this location i will drive to north Arlington to visit the Lincoln Square Store. more

This is a electronics lovers dream come true. Here you will find everything from computers, music, dvds and even appliances. It is always fully stocked and the staff is always just a step away ready to help you. The locations is great and the only parking problem is on day after thanksgiving when everyone flocks for the sales. more
