Noisy and hectic atmosphere 4/8/2006

We shop here pretty often and they do have a good selection of computer equipment and parts. We have also bought a couple of small kitchen appliances here and some office furniture (not so great). I find the store very grating after a short while due to the loud music and the maze of aisles. If you go with other people and you split up to look for different stuff, it's very hard to round everyone up when you're ready to go. Service is hit or miss---sometimes very good and sometimes very indifferent. Parking can be tight during peak shopping hours and there is a constant stream of people coming and going. more

Best Prices, Best Service, Best Findings 10/19/2005

The Best Buy in Timonium is my favorite Best Buy in the Baltimore area. Everything is so organized and easy to find. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by an employee working at the doors. Employees are spaced around the store so that if you have a problem it is easy to find help. They have setup computers ready for stock searches if you can't find an item on the shelf. Best Buy has the best prices around; better than Target and Circuit City. Checkout is quick unless it is the holiday season in which the lines will wrap around the side of the store, but the deals are worth it. Their employees are very knowledgeable of the products and are able to make recommendations based on their experiences. Best Buy is your best bet! more
