Best Buy--not even close 4/5/2006

Best Buy.. where did they come up with that name. I always find there stuff more expensive and the staff there idiots. On more than one occasion, I have asked the staff questions about their products like computers, flat screen tvs, and car stereos and I have either gotten the run around or they have ignored the question. Even the cashiers have a screw loose. Last week, I went to purchase a new release DVD and it took them forever to ring me up. Plus, the way they have the lines set up is a joke. I am not thrilled with this place at all! more

Best Buy not always the Best Buy 7/8/2005

I never really have like Best Buys. They always seem to have clueless employees, and horrible Customer Service Reps. This Best Buy though is pretty bad. I went in with my sister the other day to get one item. We knew what it was, and where to find it. We ended being in the store though for 20 minutes. It wasn’t because the long check out lines. It was because the Best Buy employee that was in the cell phone station was to busy helping another person with some problem for 15 minutes. There was a line by the cell phones lining up. All we needed was for her to get the cell phone out of the glass case, but instead a different guy decided to help my sister because she was getting impatient. The reason I give this Best Buy two stars instead of one is because I shouldn’t let one bad experience shape my point-of-view. more
