Not impressed 4/10/2006

The name should not be Best Buy. I have never found any huge bargains at this store. If I want to purchase a video I will order from Amazon.com. If I am interested in a new television of DVD/VCR player Best Buy is not where I will shop. You can get much better deals at Wal-Mart. There are plenty of sales people greeting you at the door, however, when I need assistance within the store I can never find them. Also they do not have enough cashiers working at the registers. more

horrible service 4/3/2006

This store has a really, really low standard for customer service. The little teenage boys who work here are interested in watching television and playing video games, not in assisting customers. I was here recently with my son, who was shopping for a computer game as a gift for his father. The selection was very poor, the prices were high and we couldn't get assistance to save our lives. It seems to me that they aren't willing to spend time on you unless you're there to make a major purchase. I'm not surprised by my experience because I've heard a lot of people complain about Best Buy. more

Good Luck finding help 3/28/2006

Good luck finding any help in this store. I had to walk around the whole store before I could find someone to help me out. It's as if they were hiding or trying to act like they were busy. The CDs were not organized and seemed to just be thrown about. The same for the DVDs. I was not very impressed with this store at all. more

Shopping at it's best 8/18/2005

I love going to this electronics store! Everytime I go in it is like a kid in a candy store and they always have what I am looking for. The best part is that you can order online from their website and go pick it up at the counter! more
