So if you buy their warranty and it breaks, you never get the new upgraded model. So if you buy something on sale, they wont give you a new one, the most you will get is a refund...

So if you buy their warranty and it breaks, you never get the new upgraded model. So if you buy something on sale, they wont give you a new one, the most you will get is a refund for the product and no refund for the overpriced warranty. Most warrantys now days give you a new upgraded item if yours fails. Not Best Buy, no wonder they are on the verge bankrupcy. more

This store has everything your looking for. Not only that they have great employees that help you with any and all your questions. I spent 3 hrs. In this store just going over a bunch of computers for which I was overwelmed but a nice employee came and saved the day... He answered all my questions that brought me down to just one.. It was great... more
