Ok so here's the deal. Screw 1 - Free Gift. So you're supposed to get a free gift with my purchase of a samsung TV. Well, since I did not reiterate this widely publicized offer, I did not get it. I had to go back the next day and suffer through 2 hours of computer entry before they could finally give me my 'free' gift. I say 'free' because of Screw 2 - Overpriced! Go online people. Order from J&R and drive to NY and pick it up or have them deliver it. Best Buy charged me 2500 for a TV J&R sells for 1800. So I call Best Buy and they immediately knock of 300! What nice guys! Oh wait, the same item sells on the bestbuy site for 2200.... thanks for nothing. Screw 3 - Delivery. So I emphasize, both times that my receipt had to be done as well as originally, that I need deliverying on (a) date. (a) date arrives, I hear nothing from them. I call and they CONFIRM the date of delivery is (b). After they basically call me a liar on the phone and refuse to help me, I force them to allow me to drive to their warehouse and pick it up (which was another 2 hours ordeal). What do I get for my trouble? An overpriced product. The only reason I stayed with them for the TV is because of the financing, which I found out J&R also offers. What they COULD have done to fix this: 1 - Listen to their customer who is in the store and on the phone 3 times. That way, you get the delivery date right. 2 - Admit you messed everything up and knock off some $$ or kick in some delivery. BestBuy in East Hanover, I bid you adoo. Lousy service, lousy prices and the lady that answers the phone lacks a highschool education.
