this is the place to go when you need something that is electronical becasue they have everything possible here and the workers really know what they are trying to sell to you.... i am sureee they have a great return policy and insurance package more

The Best Buy in Westminster is just great. The people there are very friendly and for the most part know what they are talking about. I bought my laptop from Best Buy and the first man I dealt with to sell me my laptop was not very nice. Even though they do not work on commission, he seemed upset that I knew exactly what i wanted and did not want to be talked into anything else. Two months later my laptop's hardrive crashed. I was able to purchase another computer as long as it was the same value, or I would have to pay the difference. I spoke with a few other sales guys and they were VERY helpful. They knew what they were talking about, they were not the least bit rude. During my original trouble with the first laptop, I used the Geek Squad. They were GREAT! Very knowledgeable people, very helpful. If you ever need anything ask them! The next time I was at Best Buy was to purchase my camcorder. I was helped by 6 different people. Every single person that had helped me was very kind. They all had a bit different input about different products that I was looking at. Two of them took a whole lot of time with me, especially because at this point I was indecisive. They helped me special order the product that I wanted without having to use Best Buy.com. The best advice that they gave me is that if you order from BestBuy.com, then you cannot use gift cards. You can only use gift cards in the store. But if your product is not at the store, the store can order the product for you, AND you are allowed to use the gift cards. Weird, but true. I will continue to go back to this store because of the service provided. more

I would say BEST BUY has a lot of electronics in stock. TVs, DVD players, video games, and DVDs. However, when you need someone to help you, they are never around. Sometimes the lines are long because the employees have a "I don't give a damn attitude" In the past, they have never really cared if you bought an extended warranty, now they are downright pushy. I know a lot about computers and it is sad that some guy tried to sell me one and he had no clue what he was saying. To say that this computer is better because it has hyperthreading technology? I say do your homework on the internet before stepping in this store. at times, you cannot trust their advice. if you are buying an alarm for $189 with free installation, beware! There are many options that you will want and it can cost up to $400. more

Best Buy is he store where I got most of my home entertainment and electronic. I love to shop here because they have a great selection to pick from. They also have plenty of sale associate to help you on any question you have and pick the right electronic for your need. I would recommend Best Buy to everyone. more

I dropped by Best Buy looking for a camera. To my amaze, Best Buy is stock with all brand cameras. I brought one from best buy, and I love it every since. I think I got a decent price for a Canon S500. The sale representative helps me pick out one, and he was right the picture turn out amazing. more

The things I noticed about this best buy is that they need more cashier. During Christmas, when I drop by to get some game, the line was long and there were only three cashiers. To make it worst they were all trainee. It took at least 30 mins in lines before I was able to pay for my purchase. more
