Bad experience, stay away 10/6/2010

I purchased a Samsung induction range and over the range microwave from this store. The microwave was not in stock as they promised and I waited a month before it was installed. The induction burner on the range has failed twice, so I am on my third stove. The convection microwave makes a horrible clattering noise when it is used for convection baking for any length of time. Of course, I didn't discover this until after the store's 30-day warranty. When Samsung sent a service rep out to replace the fan assembly, they found that the installation done by Best Buy was inadequate and had damaged the unit. I'm fortunate it didn't fall on the stove top. I've dealt with 3-months of broken promises, faulty equipment and service calls. Not worth it! more

Big on Gadgets 6/18/2005

I love going to this stuff you feel like a kid in a candy store. The Sales Associates are there if you need to ask questions or want some kind of help but since they are salaried and not on commision they dont pounce on you as you walk in. The store is huge and as everything from washing machines to mp3 players. Sign up for the reward zone program which gives you credits everytime you buy stuff and get on their email list 10-15% off coupons. The parking lot is a little small and always crowded and the turns into and out of it can be hazardous since this is a pretty busy stretch of road on a hill so its hard to see. more
