Between Geek, sales,H.P. products, including repair. If you shop you will get your check book, and bank accounts down to zero. It sure is not for a poor boy. It is also not for seniors, whom do not know alot about computers, and let some geek sales, add to the bill. They even charge for in warranty items repair. Everyone wants proof, I have a stack of proof. Receipts, repair forms, and last time, they kept my computers for 2 weeks, and when my wife went to pick them up, they said nothing wrong with them. There was dust on them, They had never looked at them. And would not take them back in. This will also go to comsumer reports, with proof, and alot more added, including that guys buddy that is so good on computers. HA! Amazing, He must have cut you a deal, BUD! Or BUDWEISER! lol more

I just thought that this time I had to say something about a very special employee you have working at your Lufkin store. I have shopped there several times over the last few months. Accidentally I encountered a salesperson named Tommy. I will wait as long as it takes to get to him when I want to make a purchase. He is just fantastic. I am sure you have other people there that deserve recognition as well, but in my personal opinion Tommy is our guy. I own a small business and if I did not have the integrity level I do, I would do my utmost best to steal him away. If I were you I would make that impossible. He is a gem that deserves the best level of job opportunity that exists for him. Tommy, you are great. I now call every time I plan to shop, in order to make sure he is working that day in that time slot. And now we drive the extra half hour down small country roads all the way to Lufkin instead of Conroe just to have the opportunity to deal with him. Thank you for making the 4-5 hours of dedication it takes to go shopping a treat instead of a pain. I actually look forward to it now instead of dreading it. Best Buy has an additional 3-4 grand of my business this year because of Tommy - that normally I would have done in online shopping, as we live very rural and not close to any real population area that would support outlets of this size. You deserve this Tommy, though I have to admit, I did have to call the store again this morning to get your name again. Sorry, I have to every time describe your appearance instead. I will ask for you by name instead of describing "the thin nice guy in dreadlocks with the ever-present smile" when I plan to make the long drive. This time I called so we could thank you Tommy! The Lufkin store is awsome! They have all the latest electronics and the staff to help explain it. I love shopping there or just looking around. Clean store and friendly staff! more

The best buy in my town isn't that great. Its quite small compared to some of the others I have been too. I'm not at all impressed with the sales staff cause they don't have a lot of knowledge in electronics. If you need help you have to hunt someone down. Most of their stuff is overpriced. I can get it cheaper at wal-mart or some other place in town. more

This is one of the smallest Best Buy stores that I have been in. They still have everything you need from cell phones, computer games to computers and tv's, but if you don't know what exactly you fits your needs and you are needing help deciding on which would fit you best, don't come here. The staff isn't that knowledgeable and they are always in a rush to get back to talking to the other staff and not worried about your needs. This store is always clean and neat you hardly ever see anything out of place or not on the shelves right. It gets very crowded they don't have enough room between the aisles especially in the computer section. This store also has the "geek squad" but we've never had to use it cause my hubby knows enough about computer to fix it himself. more
