I had a difficult time returning a LCD flat screen. I was told they were out of replacements and directed to drive 40 min to pick one up. I was also informed that their products are rarely defective and what we were experiencing was unusual. Pros: Lot of employees, Nice displays Cons: Customer Service , No stock available more
