Well, to be conversational...I called ahead from home to locate a Boost Walkie Talkie to use on my job. I was told that they have this item in stock. When I arrived a very young lady sent me to the section of Boost phones and called another youngster over to assist me. This young male told me he'd be right back. I waited. I waited. Then I went over to take a look at the area where the chatter was coming from. There this male youngster was sitting with two female youngsters. I told the young lady on my way out of the store that their service was crap. Honest, this is the worst word I said.
