I went to Best Buy on February 28th to purchase the "Charmed" 4th season DVD set, and the service was terrible. The greeter at the entrance just stared at you - he didn't greet you like he's supposed to. When I got into the store, the DVD section was disorderly. There were DVD sets where they weren't supposed to be. Finally, at checkout, the cashier had horrible manners. She was clicking her gum and looking bored. And to finish off the visit, she didn't put the receipt in the bag nor did she hand it to me with my change - the put it on the register table and didn't even say "Have a nice day!" It's no wonder Best Buy was rated with having terrible service! The only reason I shop there is because their prices are better than most other places.
