I took my brand new vehicle to Best Buy in Sugarland to have my new car alarm system installed. During installation, installers put a deep dent in my hood. Not only did they try to pass it off as “being” there when they took it in, but I am still struggling to get them to refund the installation and am fighting with the insurance company who is refusing to pay for the full repair, (even with 2 estimated that are within $2.00 of each other). In fact. I have left messages for the store manager on 3 occasions over the past 3 weeks and have yet to receive a return phone call. Nice guys!! Way to do business. I took my vehicle there because Best Buy’s is a brand I thought I could trust and I thought they stood behind their products and services. What a HUGE disappointment. Must be customer service and common courtesy are a thing of the past and they just don’t care about their patrons. So far this trip to Best Buy has cost me over $975. Would NEVER recommend.
