Bought a Westinghouse TV. It went dark in 4 month. Repair was going to take 2 months. Finally got BB to agree to exchange. The TV display on the wall includes TVs that are discontinued, but they refuse to put up signs saying the TVs aren't for sale any more. The newer model of the TV I liked costs $500 more bucks. Twice the price of my original TV. Process of exchange took 1.5 hours. Still didn't get a TV. Phone support is no help. You will wait on hold forever if you call. Longer wait if you go into the store. But a TV elsewhere.
