@Melissa \r I'm pretty sure geek squad doesn't know customer service issues. They are there to fix computers.\r If there is people standing around most of the time they are being trained, so calm down. \r Every time I go to best buy, they are very helpful. If you don't treat them like there are idiots they'll take great care of you. more

Need better customer service 9/17/2010

So I came in to pick up an order I placed online and had to wait for 15 min while there was only 1 customer service staff assisting a customer, 3 staff standing in the corner and chatting about a game and 2 geek squad members standling around looking at us on line. Common sense says: greet, show appreciation for our patience and if its taking longer for the only customer service person to get to the next customer due to an issue, then find someone to help!!! Unbelievable how business can stay profitable with such poor service!!! more

Helpful and technical staff 5/13/2006

I was looking for a good wireless router and was not sure which one to pick up. I asked the saled person there and he helped a lot in explaining the differences between available items. Finally we found a good one for a good price meeting my requirements. The staff was really technical and friendly enough to help me select a good router. more

Very good customer care 4/7/2006

I went to this store to purchase a web cam and wasn't sure which one to pickup. I asked for help from a sales person and he showed all the webcams available and also gave his personal feedback. Based on his opinion I chose a logitech one and found it very good. I really appreciate the way this store gave me customer care. more
