Editorial review from Citysearch 6/3/2014

I don't know everything about cell phones, that's why I went to Best Buy. I didn't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot about cell phones. I went over to the AT&T store and renewed my line with them. They did a much better job helping me get a phone that I felt did everything I wanted it to. Best Buy made it feel like I was buying a car. My advice to management there, if your guys aren't on a commission or some sort of spiff system, you need them to back down! more

Very Knowledgable Staff 3/23/2007

This is my first review, so bare with me. I have shopped at this location a number of times and have never been let down. I am a huge home theater buff and I have had countless discussions with the staff about products and have always recieved unbiased opinions and recommendations about products. The appliance department has got to have the most friendly and flexable staff I have ever come across. The only department that I have ever not seen an employee in at first look was the media area but I would let it slide because it's all catagorized and it is a large area for just a few people to cover. The extended warranties they offer on their cameras are amazing. They offer a replacement plan on their cameras that even cover neglegence and abuse of the product. If you're looking for speakers this is the place to go. The customer service people are great and always get you in and out quickly. Every time I have seen a long line at the registers it always get taken care of by employees from other departments in order to optomize the experience of the customers. The computer staff are knowledgable but are hard pressed with the new release of Windows Vista; however, the computer people aren't the only people in the store that know about the products and about the news Windows. Every employee has been trained in the new operating system and are always more than willing to tell you about them and make sure you get the best product for your situation. Come to think of it, every department seems to optomise their suggestions toward what works best for you. I'm actually going back tomorrow to get a new CD or two. And finally, their TV's come with a 30 price guarantee that includes other major retailers. Pros: Ample Parking, Well Lit, Knowledgable Staff Cons: Selection is extensive but the staff help you with that to the fullest extent. more

From worst store to better than expected... 3/27/2005

The first time I went to this store 2 years ago I swore I would never go back. I could have sworn they paid their employees to stay away from the customer. Unfortunately we found ourselves in a bind 6 months ago and needed an appliance and all other stores were closed. The sales person spent the last 30 minutes before closing and an additional 20 minutes after closing to make sure we had exactly what we needed. more
