I had to go out of my way to thank the Best Buy Mobile department. I received a defective iPhone 4 on launch day and they worked with me to get it replaced. I spent hours in there over the course of several days as they tried resetting my phone, replacing the SIM card, but to no avail. Although they could of sent me packing to Apple support waiting for a replacement Best Buy was able to swap me out with a pre order that got canceled. 5 Stars to you guys especially the mobile department manager Emma!!
