Upon purchasing 4 cellular phones, I was convinced to buy a one-year extended warrenty so that if I had a phone problem they could simply replace the phone on the spot and I wouldn't have to wait for the phone to be repaired/replaced via mail. Six months later I returned a defective phone. They said they no longer replaced phones on the spot because they were losing too much money. The phone would have to be sent off for diagnosis. I talked to 4 different people/managers at the store and at their 800 number. All said the same thing. I can see no longer selling the contract, but the ones sold needed to be honored. I am sorry that I did not contact the attorney general at the time.
