this is one place you go when you want to browse. their sales are never sales and their overall prices suck. its sad because they used to be good. sometimes my money burns a hole in my wallet so i blow a few hundred on a gadget or two over here but i always regret it because ordering it online is usually so much cheaper more

Do Not Shop Here! 9/14/2010

I would give no stars if that were possible. I had the worst experience with a TV being delivered. 2 guys were in my apartment all of 4 minutes (literally!). I gave them a tip (my fault for being stupid) as I then expected them to show me how to use it and program it, but they then walked out the door (as quickly as they could), with my very large tip. When I called the store to complain I was told I didn't sign up for the "" show me how to use the TV service"". I didn't even know there was such a thing! This was an expensive TV and I also purchased the extended warranty. I now think of Best Buy as a con artist. I will never purchase from them again. more

Best Buy comes through 9/2/2010

Once again best buy comes through. It is a lot of fun to go into a huge store In the middle of the city. This best buy is very clean and the staff great. I would recommend it. more

sub-par service and selection, but not many other UES options 1/20/2008

You might be put on hold for 10 minutes, but it is worth calling ahead anyway to make sure they have what you are looking for. If you are looking for something popular there is a good chance they don't have it. Like bose noise cancelling headphones, decent wii games, any new movies...generally nothing you can use a gift card to buy. If they have what you want you can buy it online and pick it up there in some cases. There aren't many other choices on the UES so hopefully they have what you are looking for and there's not a line of 20 people waiting to check out. Their prices are decent, but I sent in a rebate once I never received, so I don't recommend counting on that in your pricing. Pros: convenient for ues, good prices, possibly fast Cons: more likely slow and what you want just sold out or isn't sold there more

Great place 7/26/2006

They have a large selection at this store and I have never had an issue with tis employees. There are regular sales and they are usualy well stocked with DVDs and games. PROS: Wide selection of DVDs and other goods CONS: none more

There are so many things that you can find at this particular best buy. Although it is a little out of the way for me, I don't mind shopping there. I'm surprised that their prices are actually lower (for ink atleast) than Staples which is only ten minutes away from me! more

This is a very good best buy location. The selection is pretty good and the layout of the store is convenient. There are usually some good open box deals more

Good selection, very clean store. Their weekly sales are very good and they price match other electronic stores to give you the best deal possible. Very libral exchange policy. They also have many registers open to accomodate the brisk business they do. They take all credit cards as well as debit. Recommend if you are in the market for low to high end electronics. They also let you ship things from Bestbuy.com to the store in case you cannot be home to receive the shipment. PROS: Competitive prices CONS: parking more

Worst Store EVER!! 4/7/2005

Most of the employees are very rude and the store in itself is very disorganized. I spent one hour looking for my item. The shelfs are not properly managed and when you are looking for help the employee tells you this is not my selection or just point me off in the wrong direction. What I hate most is that Best Buy doesn't have a clear written policy on there Price MAtching. So basically it is whatever sales person you get. And each time you get a different policy with a different person. more
