I came into the store and bought the wrong phone for my needs. When I called back, I spoke to John and explained my problem. When I brought it back, there was John standing right in front of me ! I walk with a cane and he said, "":Stay right here, I'll get it for you"". I waited, John picked out the right phone, took care of the credit card paperwork, and came back with a smile on his face ! 5 STARS BEST BUY !!!! more

We bought a digital camera & it stopped working after sometime.It got stuck actually.When we took it back for return or repair,he didn't even touch the camera & simply told us to return it to the manufacture.They weren't customer friendly.I explained that it might be a small problem & asked politely if they can fix it but he wasn't ready to give me much time.Had bad experience.Will never buy an expensive item from them. more

The Greatest Electronics Superstore! 1/5/2006

Best Buy is by far the greatest electronics superstore. I love this place. You can find anything and everything you could want here. From CD's and DVD's to video games, to home appliances and electronics, they have it all. And, the staff is so knowledgeable about all of it. The staff in this store can answer any question you could think of regarding their products. They are friendly, and extremely helpful. This is definitely one of the best Best Buys I have ever been to. more

Best Buy Monroeville 7/24/2005

Do not attempt to return or get a product repaired that you purchased in the store without first purchasing a repair contract and extended warranty. They say to deal directly with the manufacturer instead of standing behind their merchandise. Have not had good experience with that and doubt would buy there again. PROS: CONS: Not customer friendly or helpful more
