I hope this review helps people who plan to make future purchases at McKinney Best Buy (Hw 121 and Custer).\r

For a store that has just opened these guys have major issues with customer service. I tried returning a camera (Canon G10) which was defective and the BestBuy sales lady, firstly, ignored what I was saying, secondly showed a lot of attitude, thirdly did'nt want to look at the proof (actual pictures from the camera) that the camera was defective, fourth, blamed my 3K laptop (3 of them) for the defective picture, fifth, claimed to be a camera expert. She even refused to return the item and that really made me go ballistic.\r

All she could think (thank to her limited skills) that the camera looks fine from outside and was clicking. Above all it took her 5 minutes, thanks for her math skills, to figure out that the return was being done within 14 days.\r
