BEWARE BEST BUY WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM 1/12/2009

VERY POOR SALES , VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN YOU BRING SOMETHING BACK FOR REPAIR THEY SEND IT TO JAPAN . THEY THEN FIX THE WRONG THING AND SEND IT BACK BROKEN THEN SENT BACK AGAIN . THEN AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY JUST DONT SEEM TO EVEN CARE. STILL HAVENT GOT MY CAMERA BACK AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS. VERY POOR PLACE TO SHOP. I EXPECT THEY WILL FALL BEHIND CIRCUIT CITY SOON.
