best Buy is a ripoff. Buy online. Their phone service is terrible too. DO NOT buy your phone from them.

Managers are all SOBs, the workers do not know a single thing about what products they are selling, the game department constantly puts titles on the shelves way before they are actually allowed to be sold, and before competitors, the geek-squad is, well, it's the geek-squad. Yes, it's a scam. I bought a phone case and the dumb girl up front never gave me a receipt, I came back 4 days later for a store credit at the least, the manager looks at me like a crazy person, I got nowhere. Went to Levittown and they helped me out. Screw you Huntington d-bags! more

Excellent car-audio installation 6/21/2011

Usually not a big fan of Best Buy, but I gotta say, I am extremely pleased with the recent head unit installation the Geek Squad did on my car. The installer (forgot his name, he was asian) was extremely helpful, didn't even need an appointment, he just took my car in right on the spot, and had the unit installed in under 30 minutes. Also helped me set up the unit, and guided me through all of the controls without question. I have nothing to say but great things about the installation staff, and I couldn't be more pleased. more

Don't buy a phone here 3/19/2011

I bought my phone here and, too make a long story short, their lack of ability to solve problems cost me almost 15 hours of time. If you want to buy a Verizon phone, do it straight through Verizon. These guys are only good at trying to sell you on the service policy. more

Slightly Smaller then Other Best Buys 7/30/2005

This is a typical Best Buy, it has a great selection and is located right next to the Walt Whitman Mall. I feel this outlet is slightly smaller then some of the other Best Buys. more
