I walked into Best Buy on yesterday looking for a laptop computer. The one that I wanted was out of stuck. The sales person checked the system and sent me to another location that had the computer in stock. When I arrived at the store, the computer was actually still on the truck it had just arrived. I was in the store a total of 10 minutes and I only had to go back inside of the store because I left my keys. I was very pleased. The sales person even went over other promotions offered with the computer. I really appreciated that.
