Went to Best Buy to return a charger cord and the guy said they have a 15 day return policy and could not do the return. Too bad it was a loss for them I sent my roommate to look at the new TV's for our new place and she was ready to take one home when I said lets wait and ill do some research ( really I just did not want to give them our business any longer). I will work extra hard to get my electronics online and BOYCOTT Best Buy from now on. more

Witnessed myself the lack of respect for women. One employee has been verbally abusive to a mature woman and seemed pleased with himself over his actions. SHAME on you and you are a Supervisor. more
