Best Buy is NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE STORE! 10/22/2009

I would not suggest buying anything from this location. If you do you will experence the worst customer service of any store I have been to. Make sure you go in ..DO NOT CALL, they put you on hold for over 45 minutes.I will shred my Best Buy card. WORST SERVICE EVER! The Geek Sqaud is horrible,I think they go to the labor day bus stop and get who ever they can. more
