Best buy on Miller Rd is very unethical to their customers. They allow their employees to tamper with customers accounts, turn off their insurance, and fraternize with married customers! I highly believe they need a whole new management team, who have morals. more

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, COULD BE NICER, PRICES A LITTLE HIGH 5/6/2010

I like Best Buy's very helpful service from their employees here. It is not the nicest one I have been to but it isn't bad by any means. The prices here are okay. They are a little high. Their video camera department is pretty bare here, I have seen better at other locations. Most of the time the display games do not work or are broken. It is not a bad store but it could definitely be better.\r \r PROS: VARIETY, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE\r \r CONS: PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH, NOT THE NICEST BEST BUY I HAVE SEEN, VIDEO CAMERA DEPARTMENT IS KIND OF BARE. more

Best Buy 9/3/2005

This is a good store if you go in looking for exactly what you want...other than that, I wouldn't go there. I always have a hard time trying to find assistance and when I do, most of the time they have to call a manager to answer my question. more

Just o.k. 7/30/2005

We had a car sterio installed at this store. The employees that helped us were very young and not very informative, they had to keep on asking the person that worked on the cars (who was in the back) questions to answer us. I also thought they were a little high in price. more

I like this store because they have an excellent variety of merchandise to choose from. Whether you are looking for high end of the line or a cheapie to get you by, this is the place to shop. They salespersons are extremely knowledgeable in computers and digital cameras. They have always been able to answer any questions I have. They are very helpful from one end of the store to another. I feel one reason is because they do not earn commission for sales made. They also offer great rebates with most items. They have a wireless communication store inside the store itself so you can actually comparison shop not only phones but the plans that go with them. They have a huge selection of games, dvds and most other electronic components. They have expanded the store as well as the parking lot. Very easy to get in and out of. Fast checkout time.
