Absolute worst Customer Service experience. I went to exchange my son's cell phone because it was defective, I stood in the Customer Service line for over 20 minutes (which is not labeled correctly). Then when I was sent to the Mobile Department I had to search for someone to help me there, the guy who helped me had no knowledge of cell phones at all. My second experience in the Customer Service line was worse, the girl helping me didn't know what she was doing and continued to gossip with her co-workers while attempting to help me, then got an attitude with my son because he was asking questions about the phone, that's her job.
