I have had some good and bad experiences at Best Buy in Western Hills. Some ok customer service with the sales staff in the audio/video department knowledgable and honest. The cell phone department tends to be a little mixed up on what products go with which phone and other thigs but overall nice friendly and ready to help. The Geek Squad are rude, the act like them helping you is a favor and that we should be grateful because they are making time for us in their oh so busy schedule. I have had an ongoing XBOX problem that i have to go through them to fix and everytime i bring them a problem they tell me that i am lying to them and they need to reproduce the problem. I get that coporate mandates on policies and procedure i too work for a coporation but when someone has a alfunctioning piece of equipment a little complassion might be nice. \r
