I love walking into best buy because they actually acknowledge you as a person as you enter the store. The employees are also very helpful if you need help finding cd's or whateve...

Worst

I asked a staff to help me find a keyboard and the response was "don't know" and he turned his back and walked away! The least he could have done is call another staff to help me.

Bad service 6/9/2011

When i went into the bluemound store i was harassed to no end. They where not nice and they sent me to another store because they didnt want to sell me one of there pre-set ups! This is bogus i am never going into this store again! if there was a 0 star rating id give it more

Big Store, Good Location 7/21/2005

This is a nice, big store on bluemond road. The location is good, but the parking lot could be a little bigger. The store is well lit and the staff are friendly. Prices are better here than in milwaukee because the tax rate is cheaper in waukesha county. more

Great Store for Brookfield 7/15/2005

This Best Buy store in Brookfield is well kept and clean. The aisles are uncrowed and the employees are helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, you will need to get here at 4am the day after Thanksgiving if you want to take advantage of their specials because the lines are incredibly LONG during the holiday season! The only thing stopping me from buying all my "toys" here is eBay. PROS: wide selection CONS: more expensive than eBay more

I've found this store to have some of the best deals and I've had great luck in finding the items IN STOCK as well. Especially when the item is advertised on sale. more
