I noted another reviewer thought Best Buy employees are on commission. This is not so. I know because I'm working there part time while I finish college. I applied to work there because of the level of customer service they always provided when I shopped in the store. \r \r I'm glad to see so many positive reviews! It's a great company to work for; they treat employees like human beings! I think this is reflected in way we feel about our jobs and happy employees make for better customer service.\r \r I do agree about the phone systems comment posted in another review. Even as an employee, getting through is difficult. For that reason, I'm giving a 4 star review. :) more

Electronics Galore 7/13/2005

If you are shopping for any type of electronics or computer systems, Best Buy would be your store. They are set up where they have different sections for different items, ranging from computer equipment and supplies to appliances for your home. The only hard thing in Best Buy is finding someone to help you. When you finally get your turn, they will take care of you very well, since they are all on a commission based salary bonus. Best Buy will also match any advertised price, and if you don't have the flyer, don't worry, they will call the store for you. more

Best Buy has an excellent selection of consumer electronics, including computers, computer software, televisions, home theater systems, appliances and even books. The store is layed out nicely and it is easy to find what you are looking for. PROS: Selection, Price and Interest Free Offers CONS: more

Good selection 5/30/2005

My son drags me to best buy all the time. He gets all the games for his PSPII at this store. They always offer the newest releases. The prices are high compared to walmart but you can always find what you are looking for. more

Best Buy has alot of the top name brand electronics. Prices are pretty good and there is always alot of staff to help you. CD's can be expensive, but for electronics this is the store for you. more

Best Buy offers a variety of electronics at good prices. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. We have purchased several items from them which include CD's, a TV, and computer supplies more

Best Buy Bloomington - Good Store 3/27/2005

The very first time I got to the Bestbuy store in Bloomington, IL, I was quite astonished. I was told that people from India were treated badly but these guys are pretty good. Good price, good people and all the rebates have come in time. PROS: Good price - good people CONS: Since it is the only store here, long line for billing more
