I know that best buy contracts out movers for large appliances, but my experience with buying a refrigerator was TERRIBLE!!!! Not only did the movers dent the fridge in 2 places, but they chipped paint from 2 doorways, scratched the hardwood floors (3 scratches about 15 inches long each), and chipped paint off the banister by the front door. To top it all off, when the manager came to my home to assess the damage, he told me I would probably get about 100. 100 will not even fix the scratches on the floor and walls, let alone the damage they did to the refrigerator! more

The employees at Best Buy do not work on commission, but they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Because they do not work on commision, they are honest, and you can respect their opinions. Great selection of entertainment merchandise and their sale prices are great! more
