Beware!!!! I took a hard drive in for recovery, after it crashed. I was originally told it could be recovered at the store (for $159), then after two weeks of waiting got "the call" it would have to be sent out the bill would be $500. Well after I got it back, the bill climbed to $720. The new portable drive came back with tons of program files I didn't want and alittle of what I had paid for. Some friends were over a few days later (one of which was a programmer) and he started tinkering with it. With a tiny set of screw drivers and a little knowledge, he reinstalled the hard drive and it has worked perfectly for nearly two months. Pretty good for a trashed hard drive. This is theft!!! I would never do business with these folks!
