REALLY ANGRY WITH THIS STORE!!!! We purchased a new washer and dryer from here, and since it was the first ones we have gotten, we expected the sales "expert" to be at least helpful. What we got was a mess. She told us we could plug in our electric dryer to the same wall plug as our gas dryer and not use the gas and it would be fine. Hahahaha. Then they gave us the wrong delivery date so i missed a day of work waiting for them. When the appliances arrived, the delivery guy said there was no way the electric dryer could work how they had told us it could. Great. So we had to back to the store and told them, they offered no compensation whatsoever for time lost and stupidity of the associate, but ordered us a gas dryer. Didnt mention that it was $80 bucks more than the electric one. Another week waiting for delivery, another day of work lost, and when it arrived, Lo and Behold; we needed to have had a professional plumber there to unhook the old dryer and hook up the new and convenient more

i buy from there every week. there prices are great. i love video games and they always carry all of them. i know that when i go there i always get a great deal. i always get really cheap games that i am almost pretty sure they would be priced higher other places. more

The service is great at this Best Buy. Everyone is really informative about anything you want to purchase. They let you know whatever they can to make sure you want to purchase the items. Their prices are also really affordable. My son is always buying video games from them, and he loves them. The workers are really helpful, and reliable. The checkout is usually really fast, and the deals are great. more
