Over the past two weeks, I've called both the store itself and BestBuy.com: 1st time called the store & waited on hold for 86 minutes. The next morning I called this store repeatedly, over and over again, and the phone just rang continuously. They never did answer the phone. I finally just drove there. They told me more than once they were installing a new phone system. I really didn't care, and they seemed not to care either. Talked to a "manager", and he said was frustrated as well, cause he coldn't even get his voice-mail messages. This from a store that specializes in technology? They also screwed up an online "ship-to-store" order and never did get it right. Won't be going back to this store.
