No longer a customer of Best Buy 7/3/2011

I have spent a lot of money at this store over the last year. I have purchased 3 flat screen TVs and a computer monitor & tower plus numerous other smaller items. At least half the times I have gone in there to purchase something I have to hunt down an associate to help me. My latest experience with them (and the last) was today. I submitted my IPhone 4 back to them under the Best Buy protection plan 10 days ago. I was told it would be 4-5 days till I would get another refurbished IPhone 4. Well it more
