The assistance offered to me here was amazing. I never thought that I can find such a great store that offers the service a customer deserves.

I will never shop at Best Buy again. The managers are useless. They mislead the customers and misrepresent their products and services. The employees are rude. They do not answer ...

Amazing CD selection 5/31/2005

Best Buy is the place to go for CD's. They have pretty much any CD you could ever want at very reasonable prices. They also have a great selection of video games, and other electronics, although I have never purchased those there. Often times they will have discounts on DVD box sets that other stores don't have. The staff is always very helpful and will help you find what you need. more

i wouldnt ever go there again. they have the worst people installing alarms and sound systems. there tech guys are really dumb. and they dont know anything. they try to help but they cant because they dont know any thing. i wouldnt ever go their to get any car products because they suck more

This is an okay store that usually has ok customer service. They do have some problems with finding things in stock which could result in waiting for a long time just to get a rain check. Another problem is they sometimes have excuses on their sales not being valid or right. Other than that it is an okay store. more

An Awesome Electronis Experience! 5/25/2005

I can't find anywhere else in San Diego with more selection of movies, sound equipment, appliances and more! The great organization helps for a speedy experience, but thats if you want to leave. The great low prices tentalize you to spend more because its almost like you are ripping them off. The service is great and their customer service is always willing you. I would recommend this to anyone who loves an electronic experience like no other. more

The selection of video games, computer games, and accessories for electronics. There are good prices on everything. The parking is somewhat of a pain as it is on a very busy street. The music is pretty cheap. more

So incredibly mediocre. 5/23/2005

This particular Best Buy location can really only be described as mediocre, in nearly every way. Compared to other stores in the same chain, and similar retailers, the selection of products is average, customer service is passable, and prices are nothing to write home about. The place is good in a pinch when one wants to pick up a DVD or CD or the like, but otherwise itd probably be a better idea to stick with smaller, more specialized retailers. The restrooms are clean, though. That's nice. PROS: Easy to find, consistent selection. CONS: Average selection, average prices. more

Best Buy is a huge store! This place has everything to suit your needs. They have all sorts of electronics (the camcorder and camera area is really fun to play in) and other stuff for everyone. Their sales are awesome, I always can find cheap stuff, especially when I need it. I just wish the lines moved faster here, otherwise its a great store more

this place is pretty nice for those who are bored or are shopping for electronics. its pretty darn huge and covers just about everything someone might need in their house, from big screen tvs to vacuum cleaners. their pricing is a little high, but i guess thats okay since its located around a pretty wealthy area. their sales are something that always keeps me coming back. more

Best Buy is the best place to go for CDs, movies and home theater equipment. They have competitive prices, and the service is very friendly. This is the first place I would go for any sort of electronics. more

Fun place to go 5/12/2005

Best Buy is new in the area and I always like to drop by to see what new things they have to offer. The store is simply massive, its tiring just to walk through everything and their election is huge. I like how they have lots of things on display so I can give them a test drive before purchasing. Its not the greatest experience I've had, but good none the less. more

Not big on getting the best buy 5/11/2005

Best Buy should be more like Worst Buy. To a person who knows about electronics shopping and has been around a block, you'll quickly notice the gimmicks they offer and the not-so-best pricing in San Diego. Most of the time, I know more about what I'm buying than the customer representative, and their return policy isn't too good. However, once in a while, they have a deal thats hard to resist. more

You can get two feelings from going into Best Buy. You can either love the place or you can be scared of it. Best buy has a huge selection of goods. Ranging from Washing Machines to Televisions. If you are a techie like me, you know exactly what you want. If your someone new to the electronic game, you can feel unwelcomed and scared of the wide selection. Before you go to Best Buy, beware of the size. more

One of the better electronic stores 4/13/2005

You can find almost anything electronic you need for a good deal. I remember that when the psp came out, best buy had it for only $230. Best buy also has a pretty good selection of cds for low prices. On tuesday, the day cds come out, you can pick up new releases for 9.99 and under. You can't find a better deal in San Diego. more
