I tried buying a wii a couple weeks ago from best buy. An associate by the name of Derek who's bald with pimples didn't help me with anything. Right when I walked in gave me the meanest look. I asked for help but he was so rude. He had no good customer service what so ever. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I ended up buying my wii anyways. I got home but it was broken. Called and asked for the associate Derek but he had no answers to my questions. And right now until this day my wii remains broken. I never will shop here for a wii again. more

(they did not sell me stuff I didn't need- take advantage of my lack of knowledge) AND my new comp was "on order" not t be in for 10 "business days but came in only 3 days later! more

Best Buy is a RIPOFF in ANTIOCH/PITTSBURG! 8/30/2009

The audio install department at best buy sucks! They have a 5-point satisfaction guarantee on the wall on the install bay, One says "Your satisfaction is guaranteed", another says "We'll treat your car like it was ours" (paraphrasing) ...Well, thats a crock! My stereo, when 'completed' was loose and flopping around the install hole in the dash- When I asked the kid that worked there "Would you put this in your car?" He just walked away. Avoid these shiesters at all costs! more

A nice Best Buy 6/20/2005

I am most familiar with the car audio department of this Best Buy. They installed my cd player into the trunk of my VW, after it had been installed incorrectly. They are reasonably priced, but make sure you call ahead! I tried to drop in a couple of times, and they haven't been able to squeeze me in yet. more
