I won't bore you with the story of how I stood in line for a very long time and had to come back three times and talk to different managers to do a simple return. Suffice it to say that Best Buy does not know the meaning of customer service and does not care either. The staff there is rude, but hey, it's just the corporate culture. When I contacted corporate headquarters, their letter of response was even ruder than the staff. They obviously don't care about my business, and they're not going to get it. Please, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
