Will NEVER shop at Best Buy again, even if they give me the item for free. They let their friends cut in line, including one Sheriff. A line that I waited in for over 6-1/2 hours on Thanksgiving to get a Toshiba TV for $150. The store personnel allowed their friends to get the tickets to get the TV, even though they didn't wait in line. These people showed up five minutes before the store opened. Best Buy just LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. They need to fire each person in this store. They did it last year too. Other stores arrest the people who take cuts in line and cheat others. Not this store. more

I really would not suggest that you buy any computer equipment. Definitely don't need to buy extended Geek Squad warranties because they will nit honor them. Customer service is awful - it's like since Circuit City went under, Best Buy doesn't have much competition, so they really don't care. And the prices aren't that good either. Definitely check amazon b4 you buy anything from Best Buy 77055. And if you do buy a warranty, use Geek Squad to repair or troubleshoot a computer issue, it will be your fault. You have been warned about the Katy Freeway BestBuy. more

This store is easy to get to. The staff there goes the extra mile to assist you. You can find just about everything you need here. The prices are great and they will match prices if you bring a ad so you do not have to go all over town to save money. PROS: great prices CONS: you find too many things to buy more

They have some good deals on many products. The customer service is acceptable. Would like some more good deals fromt he company. Makes a great convenience store for computer needs though. more

Great Service 8/9/2005

My husband had his stereo system for his jeep put in here and he loves it. The guys who helped him choose the stereo and the XM accessories were kind and friendly and not pushy. My husband never felt like he had to buy anything extra, they serviced the jeep the same day and even moved his vehicle ahead of another because they knew we were ona time constraint. OUr experiance here was wonderful. more

this store located on the service road to I-10 has almost anything you mihjy want in computers, video, audio and houshold appliances. the prices are reasonable. more
