Brought my Compaq notebook to them, they told me it would cost me over $350.00 to fix my overheating problem and they would have to send it out for like two weeks. Arrogant help, overpriced. Went to the Saratoga Computer Company, he only charged me $125 plus tax and did an amazing job. \r \r Will never deal with Best Buy Geek Squad ever again. more

DISSATISFIED 3/12/2009

purchased an ASUS cs511 with wireless keyboard and mouse, when store personnel removed the archie system, they misplaced?the antenna unit for keyboard. addressed the problem to geek squad, they looked for it but couldn't find it, gave me a wired keyboard said that is all they could do. this is not acceptable. I contacted store manage, explained problem to young lady, was put on hold for 26 minutes and than hung up on with out resolution of problem. I purchased this unit because it was wireless and needed to be for my application. If this is attitude of Best Buy, perhaps I should bring back everything and void this $1200 sale.and buy somepalce else. more
