Best Buy

About 3 months we set out to buy a GPS system for our car. We did the research and settled on one that had everything that we wanted. We searched all over the net for good prices and then went to Circuit City. They wouldn't come down on their price at all and wouldn't come anywhere near the low price we found on the net. Best Buy came down $150 and were very friendly and eager to make the sale. We had a print out from a website that we had never heard of and really had not planned on buying from them since we didn't know anything about them but Best Buy helped us out and made the sale that day! more

In the past month we have bought a dryer and a dishwasher from Best Buy as well as smaller items. This store is horrible!! All the people working there just stand sround togeather talking- if you do ask them a question. They dont know the answer! We bought a dryer there brought it home and it didnt work right. So hubby had to take it back - took forever to get someone to come out with a dolly to get the old one out of the truck-- then he had to wait again to get a new one brought out. You have to park in the firelane to load and unload!! All in all it took way over an hour for service... There is no service door. Just horrible.. They act like you are doing them a favor coming in there. Go to the one on Powers!! Much Better!! The dishwasher will bw here Wed with a service guy- so will let you all know how that goes.. more
